7.1 By Air
You may wish to finalize your flights before the price goes up high. We prefer Incheon or Kimpo airports to pick up speakers efficiently.
7.2 Ground Transport
We will arrange ground transportation for a small group (typically 4-5) of speakers and their guests as well as registered participants. You may need to wait an hour or so to make a minimal group that can be accommodated in a vehicle. It takes approximately 1-1.5 hour from Incheon airport and approximately 1 hr from Kimpo airport to our hotel. We will begin to arrange ground transportation as soon as your flights are finalized.
For your departure from hotel, we suggest leaving 3.5 hours for taking flights from Incheon airport (1-1.5 hrs for the ride and 2 hours for the boarding) and 3 hours for Kimpo airport (1.2 hr for the ride and 1.8 hours for the boarding). You may adjust the timing according to your own schedule and preference.
The driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit or hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name. In case there is any problem, please contact Yong Tae Kwon by phone call (+82-10-8954-0282) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Option: In emergency or if you want, you can use taxi which will cost ~60 USD to hotel. Most, but not all, Korean taxi drivers understand English a little bit.
